3. Shipping & Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–6 business days.

  • Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: up to 11 business days.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays, weather conditions, or courier service issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window under the following conditions:

✅ Returns are accepted only if the item is:
– Defective
– Damaged
– Incorrect (wrong color or model)

❌ Returns are not accepted if:
– The item was delivered correctly based on your order (e.g., wrong size or change of mind)
– The item has been used or is not in its original packaging

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was caused by us or our supplier.

  • If the issue was our fault, we will issue a full refund or free replacement.

5. Payments & Billing

We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

  • Ensure all billing and shipping details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

  • We do not process orders without successful payment.

Conturno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • All products are sold "as is", unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Use of our backpacks is at your own risk, especially during outdoor or travel activities.

  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content without notice.
